Your life does not change but instead does a ground hog day type revolution that doesn’t progress…until these unconscious motives are dis-solved. We are always in a state of being moved but often without knowing we are being ‘moved’ and what it is that’s moving us.

 Imagine if everyday you were pouring liquid gold down the drain believing it to be of no value while living in tightened circumstances be they mental, physical, emotional, financial or spiritual. this is what our unrealised mind’s does with our limitless potential, gifts and riches every day !

The world ‘out there‘ can feel heavy, sluggish, dense, and that heaviness can often be felt in our lives.

In order to live and interact in this world without sufficient awareness of how our consciousness works we must become as heavy vibratory energy .

We may feel ourselves come down from a happier carefree space as we were as children to that feeling of being heavy, exhausted, sluggish, stuck, frustrated or just not ourselves.

Our Life force  becomes swamped and goes from expansive unlimited to a contracted state to attempt to protect and batten down. unlimited moves to retreat, limitation and lock down.

Even the best teachers of transformation speak in allegories and back to front language which makes sense to the logical mind but forever eludes the deepest places of knowing within us for knowledge is not understanding just as a pizza is not ice cream and will not cool you down on a hot day no matter how you attempt to eat it.

You can have everything you want. it can be effortless.

I used to believe you could be anything you wanted. I would say now that you cannot. rather you can only be what you are but………. what you are is beyond anything you’ve ever imagined and certainly beyond your wildest dreams. along with that you came everything required to create and manifest all of your dream’s. you have it already. it is simply not realised.
