I came to hear about Paul through a friend. I was running a business that I no longer had any energy or vision for either .I was suffering from stress . My life, health, relationship and family were suffering.I no longer felt alive in the way I used to. Success wasn’t quite what I imagined it would be. I booked an intensive workshop place with Paul .I can only say it was life changing.I realised while I had accomplished so much in my life I had given so little time and investment in understanding how my own body mind worked I now have passion for my life and a freedom I could have only dream’t about before. I continue to consult with Paul and am a member of the Life space student group.
